At me and all hotel kiel, Made Specific delivered bespoke lighting solutions that support the hotel’s vibrant, welcoming atmosphere and its close connection to the Kiel Fjord. Positioned right by the water and just steps from the city’s pulse, the hotel balances a lively social energy with a strong sense of comfort and personal space.

The lighting concept was developed to enhance this duality. In the guest rooms, custom-made bedside lamps provide focused, functional light while contributing to the warm, cosy feeling created by layered textiles, soft materials, and rich colours. The lamps are designed to feel intuitive and unobtrusive supporting moments of rest, reading, and retreat without dominating the interior.

In the bathrooms, bespoke mirror lighting ensures clear, even illumination while maintaining a calm and refined expression. The light is carefully balanced to complement the material palette and create a pleasant, everyday luxury for guests.

As a playful contrast, Made Specific also created the illuminated WOW sign in the bar area. Acting as both a light source and a graphic statement, it reinforces the hotel’s social character and sense of humour—inviting guests to gather, connect, and enjoy the lively atmosphere.
